English Language Learners (ELL)
Welcome to the English Language Learner Department. Students who qualify for program services through an English language proficiency screening receive EL services at their school. Students receive varying levels of language and content support based on the English proficiency level, academic and language needs of the student. The majority of the instruction takes place in the general education classroom with push-in support from the EL teacher.

Mrs. Cruz
Mrs. Sarah Cruz earned her Bachelor's Degree in Education from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and her Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Illinois-Chicago. She has her ESL and Bilingual endorsements. Mrs. Cruz has been teaching for 24 years. She has been in District 105 for 6 years. Prior to working in District 105, Mrs. Cruz taught in Puerto Rico and the Chicago Public Schools.
Mrs. Enright
Mrs. Johanna Enright earned her Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Taylor University and her Master's Degree in Reading from Concordia University. She has her ESL endorsement. Mrs. Enright has been teaching for 12 years. She has been in District 105 for 12 years. As a child, Mrs. Enright was a student of District 105.
Mrs. Falvey
Mrs. Jane Falvey earned her Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Saint Mary's College of Notre Dame and her Master's Degree in Education from Loyola University. She has her ESL and Bilingual endorsements. Mrs. Falvey has been teaching for 15 years. She has been in District 105 for 11 years. Prior to working in District 105, she taught in Fairfax County, Virginia.
Ms. Ramirez
Ms. Regan
Ms. Carolyn Regan earned her Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from the University of Iowa and her Master's Degree in Education from National Louis University. She has her ESL and Bilingual endorsements. Ms. Regan has been teaching for 20 years. She has been in District 105 for 7 years. Prior to working in District 105, she taught in Puerto Rico and Colombia.
Mrs. Treleaven
Mrs. Victoria Treleaven earned her Bachelor's Degree in Communications from John Carroll University and her Master's Degree in Education from National Louis University. She has her ESL endorsement. Mrs. Treleaven has been teaching for 11 years. She has been in District 105 for 11 years. Prior to working in District 105, she studied abroad in Valencia, Spain.
